This is a test mediation. After the parties accepted the mediation request and remitted payment, the mediator would setup the mediation here. The mediator could explain the type of case this is a request that both sides submit a position statement, a short explanation of what they believe the issues to be and what they wish to accomplish in the mediation. The statements will be received by the moderator and not shared with the opposing side.
