Level 1 Online Arbitration — $99.00 per party
Level 1 online arbitration involves the parties taking turns setting forth their respective positions and rebuttals using the amicusO|D|R arbitration system. An experienced arbitrator monitors this information exchange online and renders an opinion based on this exchange. The arbitrator may actively engage the parties through the system in the event he/she has questions. The case progresses at the convenience of the parties.
Level 2 Online Arbitration — $199.00 per party
Level 2 online arbitration begins with the parties each setting forth their respective positions on the amicusO|D|R arbitration system. Each party is then expected to post an online rebuttal to their opponent’s position prior to the arbitrator conducting a LIVE online arbitration with the parties using GoToMeeting. All parties are connected IN REAL TIME and can participate actively in the arbitration. After putting on their cases, the arbitrator renders a binding decision.
